These terms and conditions and privacy policy (collectively, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and mobile applications that link to or reference these Terms (“Website”). Further, the Website is operated by PTE Now.

The terms and conditions stated herein (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between the Platform’s viewers, browsers, visitors or users hereby defined as “you” or “the customers” and the “Company”, “We”, “us”, “our”, “Service” or “PTE Now”
By using or accessing the platform in any way, viewing or browsing the website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

PTE Now is only an online practice platform for Pearson’s Test of English that offers you practice material & mock tests. We are merely an e-learning service provider and do not engage in any physical or electronic training. For clarity, it is hereby stated that the Website is not engaged in providing any training services by itself but is a platform, which merely provides e-learning PTE solutions to its customers.

In carrying out any transactions with us on or in relation to the Website or mobile app, you warrant that:

PTE Now allows the creation of user accounts on the Website / mobile app by the institutes or businesses only. The user account may be linked to the User’s email or phone number or both. For the use of the Website or mobile app by User, the User agrees to the following:
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account when You use this Website by registering an account with PTE Now.
  • In the event that you use the Website or mobile app through a registered account, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  • In the event that you use the Website through a registered account, you should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.
  • You agree to notify us of any breach of security of your password. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to notify us on the breach.
  • You warrant that you will abide by all such additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the Website. You shall also be liable to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Website with respect to the jurisdiction concerned for each transaction.
